1. Can I look up my order history?
Answer: If you have created an account you will be able to access your account and review any previous orders and print invoices. If you checked out as a guest you will not have the ability to look up previous orders.
2. How do I know the status of my order?
Answer: In most cases your order will ship immediately. In most cases the same day you order when your order is placed before 3pm CST. We will email you tracking information as soon as it become available provided you entered a valid email addres when checking out. If you created an account while checking out you can also log into your account at any time and check order status.
3. How do I track my order?
Answer: When we email you the tracking information and carrier used, you can go to the carriers website, enter the tracking information, and get an estimated delivery date.
