1.  What is the best way to order?

Answer:  You have multiple ways to order, online or offline.

Online:  Click on the "Add to Cart" button on the product page.  Follow the online instruction to complete your order.  A major credit card or PayPal is required to complete your purchase.  You will have the option of creating an account or checking out as a guest.  Creating an account requires a few extra steps but gives you the ability to log into your account at any time to:

  • Print your Invoice
  • Check the status of your order
  • Streamline the check out process for future orders

2.  How do I cancel an order?

Answer:  The best way to cancel an order is to call our toll-free customer service lines at 855-747-2253.  Orders are shipping throughout the day.  Calling at your earliest possible convenience allows the greatest chance of stopping your order prior to shipping.  If your order has shipped we will walk you through your best options.  If you are unable to call, email us at james@abilitygearforless.com

3.  How do I change an order?

Answer:  The best way to change an order is to call our toll-free customer service lines at 855-747-2253.  We can verify if your order has processed and shipped.  If it has we can provide you with the best options.  If your order has not shipped we can change your order and / or satisfy your questions regarding substitute product.  If you are unable to call, email us at james@abilitygearforless.com

4.  How do I know if an item is in stock?

Answer:  The details section of each product page indicates "Availability".  This section is updated regularly and as product availability changes.

5.  What payment methods do you accept?

Answer:  We accept the following credit cards, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

6.  Can I order COD?

We do not accept COD orders.  If you do not have a credit card, we do accept check and money order.  To place an order to be paid with a check or money order, please call our customer service lines at 855-747-2253 for instructions.  Be advised orders paid for with check or money order will ship after these have cleared the bank which takes approximately 2-3 weeks.

7.  When I enter my personal information over the internet, is your site secure?

Answer:  The Ability Gear for Less website has been issued a GeoTrust SSL certificate and is secured by GeoTrust SSL certificates are providing up to 256 bit encryption thereby offering the highest level of encryption and security possible. 8.  When will my credit card be charged?

Answer:  Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped.  However, if you order include item(s) shipped directly from the manufacturer, your card will be charged when the order is processed.

9.  Do you offer coupon codes?

Answer:  From time to time we do offer coupon codes for additional discounts or special offers to our email list subscribers.
