Order before 3pm EST and we'll ship your order the same day.
Orders placed after 3pm EST may still ship the same day or will ship the next business day at the latest.
With warehouses all over the US you can expect your order to arrive generally in just a few days via UPS or USPS.

Expedited Shipping Guarantee!
Next Day (Overnight), 2nd Day and 3rd Day shipping options are guaranteed by the shipping carrier. If your order does not arrive as scheduled please use the form on the Contact Us page. Include your name, order number, phone number, email address and tracking number. We will issue a claim with the respective carrier and reimbuse you the shipping costs pending the outcome.
After you place your order we will email with the tracking information for your shipment and the carrier used. Tyically shipments are delivered by UPS, but not in every case. The tracking information will allow you to determine the carrier used and the expected arrival date to your door.
*Free Shipping applies to standard ground service via UPS, USPS or Fed Ex.
Shipping to Destinations Outside Continental US
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Free shipping does not apply to any product shipped outside the continental US. If you would like a quote for shipments to destinations outside the US please call our customer service line at 414-687-7018 or email; email@example.com. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Be aware separate charges including VAT, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the purchaser, not Ability Gear for Less. Contact your local government & shipping carriers to determine if what additional charges may apply. Customers outside the US are responsible for clearing packages through customs, including payment of all extra charges. If a failure to do so results in a package being undelivered, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping / handling charge and any return shipping/handling charges. Products shipped overseas do not include a warranty.
1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: Typically 3 to 5 days unless faster shipping methods are used. Should you need delivery faster than a few days, Next Day (Overnight), 2nd Day and 3rd Day shipping options are all available.
2. What are my shipping charges?
Answer: None. Standard shipping is FREE unles (1) otherwise noted on the page of the product you are ordering or (2) you upgrade to faster shipping or (3) delivery is not inside the contiguous United States.
3. How do I know when my order ships?
Answer: We will email you tracking information as soon as it become available provided you entered a valid email addres when checking out. If you created an account while checking out you can also log into your account at any time and check order status.
4. How do I know when my order will arrive?
Answer: When we email you the tracking information and carrier used, you can go to the carriers website, enter the tracking information, and get an estimated delivery date.
5. If an item is shipped by truck freight, does the truck driver unload the merchandise.
Answer: No. Let me repeat that. No. Trucking companies do not require their drivers to unload the merchandise. The trucking company will typically call prior to delivery to set up a time that you will be home and will have help on hand for unloading.
6. If I order more than one item will they be shipped together or separately?
Answer: They may be shipped together. They may be shipped separately. It depends upon the product and the warehouse the product is stored in. If merchandise can be shipped together, we will make every effort to do so. If the items cannot be shipped together, they will be shipped seperately and you will receive the cooresponding quantity of tracking details for each shipment.
